Delete Your Account and Data

   In the app (immediate)

   Open SimClient AI, go to the Profile tab, scroll to Account, and tap Delete Account. Confirm at both prompts. Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out. This cannot be undone.

   By email

   If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email info@simclient.ai from the address on your account. We process these within 30 days, and may reply to confirm the account is yours.

Deleting your account permanently removes the following. It cannot be recovered afterwards.

• Account and profile Your login credentials, email address, display name, profile photo, onboarding answers, and practice preferences.
• Practice sessions and transcripts Every session record, the full conversation transcript, your notes and ratings, and the AI feedback, scoring, and analysis generated from those sessions.
• Saved scenarios and personalization Scenarios you saved, the scenario usage history tied to your account, and the persona memory profiles built from your previous conversations.
• Usage, credits, and subscription records Practice minutes and usage measurements, credit balances and credit history, and the subscription and purchase records held in our systems.
• Notifications Push notification tokens for your devices, your notification preferences, and your notification history.
• Downloadable session reports The PDF session reports and transcript exports generated for you are stored as files rather than as account records. They are removed within 30 days of your account being deleted, whether you deleted it in the app or requested deletion here.

The following is not deleted, and why.

• App Store and Google Play transaction records Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple and Google, who keep their own transaction and receipt records independently of us. We cannot delete those. To manage or cancel a subscription, use the subscription settings in your Apple or Google account. Deleting your SimClient AI account does not cancel an active subscription.
• Security and administrative logs Records of administrative actions taken on the service are retained for security and audit purposes. These are not part of your practice content.
• Shared practice content The personas and scenario library that ship with SimClient AI are shared content available to all users. They are not personal data and are unaffected by deleting your account.
• Your correspondence with us If you email support or send a deletion request, we keep that message and our reply as the record of your request.

We do not hold your account data for a retention period after deletion. When you delete in the app, your account and all the records listed above are removed at the moment you confirm; the downloadable report files noted above are removed within 30 days. When you request deletion by email, everything is removed once we process the request, within 30 days.
